• Deliveries are generally made between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday, depending on the courier partner and delivery location.

Damaged or Missing Items

Mood & Musk is not responsible for any damage to the product that occurs after successful delivery.

Any claims regarding product shortages, leakage, or damage during transit must be reported to our customer service team on the day of delivery. Customers may be required to provide photographs or videos of the package and product to help us investigate the issue.
